    Tensitron's digital aircraft cable tension meters provide unsurpassed accuracy and resolution for numerous cable sizes and tension ranges. Simply select the cable size from the menu, press "Enter", engage the meter, and instantly see the actual cable tension on the display.

    • Indicate Cable Tensions in Lbs, KG, or daN.
    • Small space access. One-hand operation. Memory storage features.
    • Display shows tension, battery charge level, name of calibration selected, and stores and displays up to 5 separate tension readings and their average.
    • Large, easy to read backlit, graphic display with adjustable backlighting and contrast.
    • Select cable size from menu. Instrument automatically adjusts calibration to correct setting.
    • Accuracy is +/- 2% full-scale for all menu-selectable calibrations. Accuracy for custom calibrations is material specific.
    • Up to 10 calibrations can be entered into instrument. (All calibrations password protected to provide due diligence).
    • Adjustable LCD refresh rates allow for stable digital readings.

    *Calibrations for 7/32" and for metric sized cables can be added to the cable selection menu upon request, however cables with diameters larger than 3/16" will only indicate up to approximately 90% of maximum tension range. For example, an instrument scaled for a maximum tension range of 250 lbs will display readings up to approximately 225 lbs on 7/32" diameter cables.
